DIGITAL SERVICES POLICY (REFUNDS & COOLING OFF PERIOD)

Digital Services Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations apply to BrandFix digital services.

 

 

 

1. Digital Services & UK Consumer Law

 

 

Under UK consumer legislation, digital services are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period once work has begun, provided the customer gives consent.

 

By purchasing any BrandFix service, you acknowledge:

 

  • You want us to begin work immediately

  • You understand that work begins as soon as your form is submitted

  • You waive the 14-day cooling-off period

  • You understand refunds cannot be issued once work has begun

 

 

 

 

2. Refund Eligibility

 

 

Refunds can only be offered if:

 

  • You request cancellation before submitting your Diagnostic form

  • No work has been started

  • The request is made within 24 hours of purchase

 

 

After this point, refunds are not available.

 

 

 

3. Service Dissatisfaction

 

 

If you are unhappy with any aspect of the delivered service, we encourage you to contact us.

We will always make reasonable adjustments within the scope of the purchased service.

4. Non-Refundable Services

 

 

The following are non-refundable once work has begun:

 

  • Brand Diagnostic

  • Blueprint

  • Implementation

  • VIP or custom digital services

  • Any digital service requiring personalised analysis or creative input
