These Terms & Conditions govern the use of BrandFix (“we”, “us”, “our”) and all related digital services offered through brandfix.design.

 

By purchasing a service from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

 

 

We offer digital brand-clarity and website-improvement services including:

 

• Brand Diagnostic

• Blueprint

• Implementation

• Additional brand or website support services

 

 

Each service is described on our website, including pricing and delivery timelines.

 

 

 

2. Ordering & Payment

 

 

• Payment is required upfront at checkout.

• Prices are listed in GBP.

• Payment processing is handled securely via Wix Payments or Stripe.

• You will receive confirmation via email after purchase.

 

 

 

 

3. Delivery Timeframes

 

 

• Diagnostic: delivered within 48 hours of receiving your completed form

• Blueprint: delivered within the stated timeline (typically 3–5 days)

• Implementation: delivered within 5–7 days depending on scope

 

 

Delivery begins once you’ve submitted all required information.

 

 

 

4. Client Responsibilities

 

 

You agree to:

 

• Provide accurate information for your Diagnostic, Blueprint or Implementation

• Supply any required assets on time

• Review and approve deliverables within a reasonable timeframe

 

 

Delays in providing information may delay delivery.

 

 

 

5. Intellectual Property

 

 

• You receive full usage rights for all deliverables created specifically for you.

• We retain rights to underlying frameworks, methodologies and non-client-specific materials.

• We may showcase anonymised before/after work examples unless you request otherwise.

 

 

 

 

6. Refunds & Cancellations

 

 

Because our services are digital and begin quickly after purchase, the statutory 14-day cooling-off period does not apply once work has begun.

7. Limitation of Liability

 

 

To the extent permitted by UK law:

 

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service

• We do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes, only the delivery of the service purchased

 

 

 

 

8. Governing Law

 

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes will be handled by Scottish courts.
